Attorney Courtney Ross received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies & Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with Honors. She also received her Juris Doctorate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, which she attended under the Foreign Language Area Studies program for Brazilian Portuguese. After her undergraduate program, she studied abroad and taught abroad in Ecuador for a year and a half, where she was able to become fluent in Spanish. Before joining the Jaime Barron family, Courtney worked with non-profits and firms gaining experience in family and employment-based immigration law. Her experience ranges from H-1B, TN, and L-1, to U visa, consular processing, adjustment of status, and DACA.
Courtney believes that it is important to give back to her community, and volunteers whenever she can. You will also find her spending quality time with her family and two rescue dogs during her free time.
Attorney Courtney Ross is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and North Carolina. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.
