Guadalupe Martinez Nunez is our managing attorney at our Los Angeles, CA office. She is licensed by the California State Bar and is a member of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Martinez Nunez graduated from Pomona College with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies.

She served in California’s Capitol as a Jesse M. Unruh fellow, where she worked on legislative policy. Before attending law school, Ms. Martinez Nunez served as an immigration caseworker in the Los Angeles district office of Congressman Xavier Becerra. She graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. While at the University of Arizona, Ms. Martinez Nunez participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented detained individuals before the immigration court in Florence, AZ.

Ms. Martinez Nunez has represented clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, U-Visa, VAWA, DACA, naturalization, and removal proceedings.

She is fluent in Spanish and English. In her spare time, Ms. Martinez Nunez enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and cheering on the University of Arizona Wildcats.
