Dario Garcia is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas. Dario was born in Veracruz, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with his family when he was an infant. Mr. Garcia grew up in Dallas before briefly leaving to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Centenary College of Louisiana. He then returned to Dallas to obtain a Juris Doctorate from UNT Dallas College of Law. While at UNT Dallas College of Law, Mr. Garcia worked on various immigration law internships where he became familiar with the immigration process and its applications.
Mr. Garcia is an immigrant born in the port of Veracruz, Mexico, having gone through his own U.S. immigration process, understands the impact and weight it has on people. His own interest in becoming an immigration attorney arose from his desire to help others go through what he went through. As a former DACA student, Mr. Garcia understands the importance of assisting others through the U.S. immigration process and helping them achieve their ultimate goal.
He is fluent in both Spanish and English. When Mr. Garcia isn’t working diligently for his clients, he may be at the movie theater, watching and playing soccer, running, or simply relaxing at home reading comic books.
