Alicia Hernández

Attorney Alicia Hernández was born in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the United States as a child. Before becoming a U.S. citizen, Attorney Hernandez was a DACA recipient. As an immigrant herself, she knew her passion was to fight for immigrants’ rights. Attorney Hernandez graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In 2016, she began working at the Jaime Barron P.C. law firm, as a paralegal, then graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in Law.

While in law school, Ms. Hernandez volunteered at Catholic Charities and Proyecto Inmigrante, as well as at her law school's legal clinic.

During her free time, Ms. Hernandez loves spending time outdoors with her family, baking pies, and riding her bicycle.
