Carolina Consuegra

Carolina Consuegra is an attorney licensed by the District of Columbia Bar. Ms. Consuegra obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from American University, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Consuegra had the opportunity to participate in a legal fellowship assisting underage students and their legal guardians with matters related to the student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP). While there, she also had the opportunity to assist in juvenile delinquency, truancy, probation, and diversion cases of residents of the District of Columbia.

Ms. Consuegra also had the opportunity to serve as a student attorney in two law school clinics—the General Practice Clinic (family and domestic violence matters), and the Whistleblower Protection Clinic. Both clinics are dedicated to assisting less privileged individuals in legal matters.

Ms. Consuegra was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is of Cuban descent and is a native English and Spanish speaker. Ms. Consuegra enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and playing golf during her free time.
