Mrs. McCabe graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law. She is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
Mrs. McCabe began her immigration law career as a staff attorney at Proyecto Adelante before moving to Catholic Charities.
She has vast experience representing clients with employment-based cases including H-1B, L-1, and E-1 visas. Mrs. McCabe has also represented clients with family-based immigration matters, including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization, TPS, NACARA, and VAWA petitions. She has represented numerous clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
Mrs. McCabe is fluent in English and Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, running, and cooking.
