Marissa Daniels ​

Ms. Daniels is an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Daniels received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. As a law student, Ms. Daniels served as Staff Editor for the Administrative Law Journal, an academic journal. She also served in official capacities in several student organizations and served as Vice President of the Hispanic Law Student Association for two years. Ms. Daniels served as a student attorney in the Advanced Dispute Resolution Clinic during her last year in law school.

Prior by joining Jaime Barron, P.C., Ms. Daniels worked as a Staff Attorney at the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (“RAICES”) in Fort Worth, TX. Ms. Daniels has experience in a variety of immigration cases, including; family-based petitions, waivers, DACA, U-visa, Special Immigrant Juvenile visas, asylum, and adjustment of status.

In her spare time, Ms. Daniels enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Daniels is fluent in English and Spanish.
