William Humble

Attorney at Law

Mr. Humble is licensed by the California State Bar, and has been a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He graduated from the Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy (J.D. 2002). He is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

He has devoted his entire legal career almost exclusively to representing clients in matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, helping families and employers with their loved ones and employees who are located all across the United States and, of course, in other countries. Prior to joining Jaime Barron, P.C., Mr. Humble founded American Visa Solutions, after having worked for firms in New York City, Boston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. Mr. Humble handles immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, employment-based and family-based cases, as well as citizenship, asylum, and both trial and appellate litigation (both in person and telephonically).

Mr. Humble represents clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Humble is fluent in Spanish, having lived and studied in Costa Rica. His articles have appeared on Immigration Lawyers Web, and his speaking engagements have included live radio call-in programs (in English and in Spanish). He serves as Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law for his alma mater. He enjoys the adventure of activities and events with his four children.
